AJ Stelacio created xtreme realtor.ca in 2006, choosing not only to be known as just a Realtor but as a Real Estate Consultant – an expert who helps others make the right home buying and selling choices regardless of their personal or financial situation.

AJ Stelacio and Khian Lau both came from extreme sports backgrounds. After meeting each other, they immediately realized that they were both in the real estate business for the same reasons - to help people buy and sell their homes with an extreme commitment to caring and intelligent customer service.

xtreme realtor.ca began to take a bigger outlook on the business to showcase our love for adrenaline sports. Our commitment to continuous self-improvement through sports is equal to our commitment to the business of real estate.
