Presently as of this moment there are 91 Detached Homes for Sale in the Sullivan Station Community.

5 New Listings so far this month with 4 that have Sold.

In September there were a total of 37 homes listed for sale and 18 Homes that sold.

As for Town homes there are presently 41 for sale.

In September there were a total of 9 homes listed for sale and 16 Homes that sold.

The sold prices of Detached Homes ranged from $425,000 - $620,000 depending on year, location, size of home, size of land and the finishing’s.  - There are primarily 3 different types of homes in the Sullivan Heights area the 1,800 - 2,500 single car garage built between 1995-2001 Than the Coach Home which is also a 2 story with Basement and a suite above the garage the last primary style is the 2 story plus basement with 1 or 2 suites in the basement and the 2 car attached garage at the front of the house.

The sold price of Attached town houses ranged from $284,000 - $482,000 again depending on many factors such as year, location, square foot of house than you get into not only the features but the strata its self.  If you have any questions about any of the different complexes in Sullivan Heights be sure to ask as I am very familiar with them all; I live in one of them myself.
